Reno
Came to Reno on business on Sunday. Was supposed to stay until Friday Morning
Went a doctor today and was diagnosed with acute, viral pharyngitis (sore throat).
Boy is it painful. Way painful. Codeine barely touches it.
Feel sorry for me world. I'm tired of feeling sorry for myself

You were in Reno and didn't set up a fun little get together? You do realize I'm about 2 hours from Reno right? I'll blame your sore throat!

YOW! I hate sore throats, esp. as a singer.
One thing that will help you is to stay hydrated...drink water, juice, tea, etc. No booze as that dehydrates - same for soda.
Good luck - this little throat-dependent diva is on your side.
