If you've never donated something to a country in our hemisphere, Haiti is the perfect candidate for your first.

I spent a good bit of time in Haiti in the early 80s and early 90s and assure you it is the most staggeringly impoverished nation in the hemisphere. It's not just news hype.

So take a little time to help Haiti and its poor. This is especially important after the recent, devastating earthquake.
