I'm How Old Now?

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Once upon a time, in a beach house in Carpinteria, California, a little boy turned six years old. A split second before he blew out the candles on his birthday cake, his little sister blew them out for him. After a good deal of complaining, and maybe even a little crying, he vowed to his little sister that he would pay her back by blowing out her birthday candles one day.

I never did, but I will…one day :-)

Carlos, everything is perspective. We only relate to others by doing fair and unfair comparisons. Have the happiest of B-days and remember that its not the age...its the mileage.

Happy BD young man!

LOL that your little sis beat you to the punch on blowing out your birthday candles - this must have been an act of revenge on her part.

Flyin’ Fox: Thanks for the well-wishes neighbor. Well put.

Margie: You shoulda! Thanks!

Wooz: 45. I guess my profile picture takes a few years off ;-) Dramatic chipmunk? I’ve never seen it. You need to share the joy!

Shell: You do? ;-) Just jerkin’ your chain. Thanks for the well wishes. Thanks for the nice card you got for me, and thanks for arranging that card from the folks at work. Purty sneaky :-)

Ivy Baby: Thanks! I’m glad you’re back.

Sheila: Thank Sheila! And you’re probably right…there had to be something I did to deserve it!

Gator: Thank you kind sir. My knees really are creaky these days. Unfortunately bad knees run in my family, so I fully expect I’ll have problems.

Arlene: There’s actually a pretty cool web site that generates those things based on dates. I’ll send it to ya if you want.

Yes, send me that website that generates that stuff.

In '99, I got a PC for my birthday. Plugged in and went online to play around. I search engined my birthday trying to find out such crazy facts just like this.

But no... I ended up getting some Resume' by this computer geek in NH. Turns out he had my birthday, the same birthday.

And now I'm stuck with him for the rest of my life.
