Friday

(Stevie Ray's last name corrected for Wooz The Angry Negro)
I was gonna post something meaningful and poignant today, but the phrase “fuck it” just came to mind. That being said, here’s some random bullshit to start your weekend:

Arf
Gotta love the Brits. One guy’s response to the subway (Tube) strike.
Don’t ask me
I love this

And how about a little Stevie Ray Vaughan….The dude was a-fucking-mazing:
Texas Flood
Mary Had a Little Lamb
Dirty Pool
Crossfire

I gave that zombo thing about 10 seconds and now want those 10 seconds back. To whom do I register my complaint?

Happy Friday.

Thanks for the great links you posted.

While Nigel wants his ten seconds back I was curious how to I sign up for the zombo.com newsletter? ;)

My favorite image from WTV site was Death Ruled "Carpentry Accident" Pilate "We Found Him Like That" - That is fucking funny!!!

And of course I truly appreciated the SRV videos. I'm so lucky I got to see him in concert. At the Arizona State Fair no less. I have a vivid memory of that evening. However, we didn't have the greatest seats. The first two video links look like a great place to have seen him.

You have you self a super Saturday!!!

Stevie Ray rocks - and I was just in the right kind of mood for it this morning. Thanks.

Yeah, I don't get those Brits either - but hey, they do put out some f*cking funny songs. =O)

Stevie Ray Vaugham has a god damn "a" in it you Spelling Jew.

Regardless, I've been in love with Telephone Song lately. And then there's Empty Arms, Willie the Wimp, and the venerable Rude Mood, and so much more.

Damn he was good.

Oh yes, Stevie Rave On totally rocked and ruled!

My brother-in-law was going to TTU in the mid 80's and one weekend he and some of his friends went to a bar and there was this "guy" named Stevie Ray Vaughan playing there, (no one had heard of him), and he said that this guy could play the guitar like you wouldn't believe! Later on he could tell everyone that he had seen Stevie Ray perform when he was a "nobody".

Oh - I forgot to ad that I was tripping on acid and I dropped my Indian bread on the ground. The powder was blowing off to the music untill some ass hole stepped on it.

Nigel: Sorry – No refunds on time bro. ;-)

Nay: I was wondering about the Zombcom newsletter myself. I listened to the whole fucking thing and saw two links for a newsletter and a T-Shirt, but they didn’t do anything but start the ZomboCom loop over again. I’m jealous that you saw SRV. I get goose bumps when I watch recordings of him playing concerts.

Margie: Silly Brits. I was partying with one a few weeks ago. The guy had me in fucking stitches.

Wooz: I have since corrected my spelling error angry Mr. Black Man. ;-) Don’t recall hearing telephone song before. Not bad. My opinion of the younger Vaughan is that he’s a mediocre guitar player at best. Seen him at a couple of local concerts and the dude just puts me to sleep. Zzzzzz….

Sheila: Wow. Your brother in law was LUCKY!!! How awesome a memory is that?!

Bunny~n~Early: What’s up with all yous guys who’ve seen SRV? Sheesh…what loser I am!
