Turkey Day

I wasn’t going to post today but have a public service announcement (later in post).

The Nephew, wife, & three kids showed up last night, as did my mother/father-in-law. We ordered pizza, had a few drinks and ate some appetizers The Warden bought the other day. It was an early night. I was asleep by 10:00pm.

I was up way too early this morning (4:00am). On second thought, that might not be too bad a thing. It could be an excuse for me to take a nap and a break from the Thanksgiving crowd if it gets too big.

Public Service Announcement
It’s bad enough having a computer answer when you call a company, but to have to talk to one for 10 minutes only to have it tell you that what you’re looking for (e.g. a mailing address) does not compute, is downright frustrating to say the least.

Here’s a web site that has secret back-door codes/hints to get live human beings at 108 different companies (as of 23 November). Spread it around.
